THEVERYMANY created the Pavilion Nomade as a striking temporary installation for Louis Vuitton during Milan Design Week 2023, set in the historic courtyard of Palazzo Serbelloni. Known for their fluid, organic designs, THEVERYMANY crafted an immersive, sculptural pavilion that beautifully juxtaposed the classical architecture of the Palazzo with cutting-edge design, offering an innovative blend of art, fashion, and architecture.

The Pavilion Nomade was inspired by Louis Vuitton’s celebrated Objets Nomades collection—pieces that reflect the spirit of travel, craftsmanship, and functional beauty. Reflecting these themes, the pavilion’s design employed curvilinear forms that evoked movement, fluidity, and elegance, capturing the essence of Louis Vuitton's luxury and its ties to exploration. The flowing, undulating structure appeared to float within the courtyard, its intricate geometries creating a visual dialogue between the old and new, celebrating tradition while embracing contemporary design.

Constructed from lightweight materials such as perforated metals and advanced composites, the pavilion exemplified THEVERYMANY’s expertise in creating intricate, self-supporting structures that are both visually striking and structurally efficient. The lattice-like surface allowed natural light to filter through, casting dynamic shadows across the courtyard, enhancing the ethereal quality of the installation.

The pavilion served not only as a showcase for Louis Vuitton's Objets Nomades but also as a gathering space where visitors could experience the fusion of architecture, fashion, and Milan’s rich design culture. Its organic forms invited visitors to explore the space from different perspectives, creating a sensory experience that emphasized the timeless connection between art and travel.

The Pavilion Nomade was a temporary installation that perfectly embodied Louis Vuitton's commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and luxury. By placing this avant-garde pavilion within the historic setting of Palazzo Serbelloni, THEVERYMANY created a memorable centerpiece for Milan Design Week 2023, offering an architectural experience that was as bold and forward-thinking as the brand it represented.
