"Powers of ten" is a 1968 short documentary film written and directed by Charles Eames and his wife Ray. The film depicts the relative scale of the Universe in factors of ten.

AADRL Ten is the celebration of ten promotions of DRL;

Every year one single recurrent principle: the students from the year before (called phase 2) are overlaping during 6 months with the one just arrived (called phase 1). That way the new ones can exchange and learn (mainly techniques) from the ones of the year before. It also allow them to be criticial from the resulting projects of the year before.

Every DRL promotion is therefore different though usually extremely similar within its incremental difference...

Looking backward, DRL is constantly reinventing "itself within itself" - also a certain form of self-similarity...
